Returns Policy

Shen Sports wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please notify us via email within 10 business days from the date of receipt and you can chose between a refund of the purchase price or an exchange of the goods. Please note that Shen Sports will not accept returned items that are used, worn, washed, damaged or not in a condition that allows reselling of the returned product.

We will not consider any refunds or exchanges for returns that do not satisfy these conditions. Please include a copy of your invoice when notifying us of your intend to return any goods. This return policy applies to any non-defective goods and does not include the refund of any transport costs. Courier costs will only be refunded if the goods are refused upon delivery.

If the goods were incorrectly supplied by Shen Sports and do not correspond to your original order, we will give you a full refund of the transport costs.

The return policy for defective goods covers a warranty period of 6 months from the date of receipt. If any goods show a defect within this warranty period, please contact us and we will arrange with you to have these products returned to us.

If the defect in the goods was caused due to incorrect use, fair wear and tear or negligence by the consumer, the warranty will not apply and we will not accept these goods back for credit.

Once your order has been successfully returned to Shen Sports and approved for credit, we will make sure that you receive your refund within 3 working days.
