Bo Foam

Our Foam Bo is ideal for any student that doesn't want to end up hurting themselves (or their sparring partner). Wooden bo staffs can be very painful if they are not used correctly, so the best alternative is a foam one! This way, you can practice your martial arts techniques without the worrying of hurting anyone around you. It has a sturdy, hollow plastic core wrapped with a thick layer of foam padding to ensure that no one will get hurt during training or practice. If you are a beginner or a novice just starting out on your martial arts training, be sure to start with this foam staff before you purchase a heavy duty wood one. But please remember, the foam bo is not designed for hard impact hitting. Once you get the hang of it, rather upgrade to a polypropylene practice bo or a wooden competition bo.
