You can order your Martial Arts equipment via email, telephone, post or fax. Simply print our order form and fill in your order and email, post or fax the form to us. Every product has its unique reference number that specifies the size, colour and the product itself. This number is displayed next to the image on the website. Indicate the required quantities and supply us with at least one contact number. Please ensure that your order is written in capital letters. After you have chosen your payment method and signed the order form, you just have to send it to us.

As soon as we have received your order, a member of our sales team will contact you and confirm the order with you. We will also inform you about product availability and freight charges. Please note that we will only release the goods, once your payment reflects in our account. Cheque deposits have an additional 7 days clearing period. In order to prevent any delays, please use your account number or name as a payment reference. After we have received your payment, your order will be sent to you within 3 working days.

Please note that Shen Sports will not sell weapons to persons under the age of 18. In case your order includes weapons, please supply us with your I.D. number.
